Refund policy
At WONSTEP, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are processed. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance promotions
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 7-day window
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a refund:
- Email us at info@wonstepng.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Clear photographs of the item(s)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or Incorrect Items: WONSTEP will cover the return shipping cost.
- Change of Mind or Sizing Issues: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as WONSTEP is not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days. You will be notified via email of the outcome:
- Approved: Your refund will be processed.
- Rejected: The item will be returned to you at your expense, along with an explanation.
6. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds will be issued in Nigerian Naira (₦).
7. EXCHANGES
We currently process returns for refunds only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Request a refund for your original order.
- Place a new order for your preferred item.
8. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wonstepng.com.
- Include photographs clearly showing the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
9. CANCELLED ORDERS
- Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after shipment must follow the standard return process.
